As founding partner and chief investment officer of Elyxium Wealth, Jeff is responsible for setting policy in all investment areas, including assessing the economic outlook, setting capital market assumptions, determining strategic and tactical asset allocation positioning within client portfolios, and evaluating selection criteria for all managers used in client portfolios.
Before joining Elyxium, Jeff was the director of investment strategy at Bank of New York Mellon Wealth Management. In that role, he established the economic outlook and asset allocation policies for the firm’s $250 billion in assets under management. Previously, Jeff spent 13 years at Charles Schwab Investment Management in increasingly substantial roles that culminated in his position as chief investment officer, responsible for $240 billion in client and shareholder assets.
Jeff holds an undergraduate degree from Babson College and an MBA from the University of Chicago (Booth) School of Business. He is a CFA® charter holder. He is a member of the Investment Board at Babson College. In his off-time, he enjoys golfing, skiing and listening to old vinyl records.
